Return Policy

Our 30 Day Return Policy for Brake Pads allows for the return of any unused and uninstalled brake pads within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping package and the brake pads must be returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the brake pads are received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed. Please note that any brake pads that have been installed or show signs of use will not be eligible for return or exchange.
